How long will it take to arrive?

Once we receive your order, we will ship to you within 1-3 business days if product is in stock. Most products are made to order and can take up to 1 week to ship. You will receive an email confirmation once your item has shipped with a tracking number. If you order contained a Pre-Order item(s) we will ship once your complete order is in stock. Please note that some items may arrive before others.

What is a Pre-Order?

Pre-Orders are items that are currently not in stock but will be released at a future date. We offer Pre-Orders so that you will receive that item when it is released and so you can still have a chance to be eligible for any giveaways. Estimated ship dates for Pre-Orders are typically located in the description and are subject to change by the manufacturer.

When will you charge me for my item?

In order to secure your item, to be entered into giveaway, and/or be eligible for any bonus entry periods(when applicable) , you will be charged at the time of purchase.
